Fawad Alam (born 8 October 1985 in Karachi) is a Pakistani first-class cricketer. He is primarily a left handed batsman but bowls handy slow left-arm orthodox. His father Tariq had a long first class career in Pakistan. Making his first class debut at the age of 17, Fawad played with Pakistan Customs and Karachi. He impressed enough to be selected to play in the U-19 World Cup, which Pakistan won. Fawad starred in the 2006-07 domestic season, finishing as the fifth highest run scorer in the Quaid-e-Azam trophy. He took a 5 wicket haul in the Twenty20 Cup final which earned him Man of the Match and was also named Man of the Series, Best Batsman and Best Bowler. After Pakistan's disappointing World Cup campaign, Alam was drafted into a 16 man squad for a One Day International series against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi. His debut in the 3rd ODI was one to forget, he was caught and bowled by Dilhara Fernando for a first ball duck. His second One-day International was a better experience, as he contributed 32 unbeaten runs down the order as Pakistan beat India by 31 runs in Jaipur. In between those two matches, he travelled to South Africa as part of Pakistan's squad for the 2007 ICC World Twenty20 tournament. He played in the semi-final, taking two wickets against New Zealand, one a superb caught and bowled effort to dismiss Lou Vincent, as Pakistan progressed to the final, for which he was not selected. In Asia Cricket Cup in June 2008, he scored his maiden half century against Hong Kong. In that match, Pakistan's top oder was ripped by Hong Kong bowlers before Fawad and another team mate Sohail Tanvir set up a 100 runs partnership for the 8th wicket. Sohail ended at 59 while Fawad Alam remained unbeaten at 63. However, he was unexpectedly dropped for the Sri Lanka series in Januray 2009.

Ahmed Shehzad Biography and Photos

Ahmed Shehzad Biography
Full Name:                       Ahmed Shahzad

Date & place of Birth:  November 23, 1991, Lahore, Punjab

Current Age:                  20 Years

Batting Style:                 Right-hand bat

Bowling Style:                Legbreak

Major Teams:                Pakistan, Habib Bank Limited, Lahore Eagles, Lahore Ravi, Lahore Shalimar,

                                          Pakistan Under-19s
Ahmed Shehzad aims to be an aggressive batsman like Ricky Ponting, and he is well on his way if his top-order performances for Pakistan Under-20s are any indication. Shehzad made his first-class debut in January 2007, just two months after his 15th birthday, and has since established himself as an opening batsman for the U-19 team. His 167 in the same year helped Pakistan chase down a stiff 342 in the first Youth Test against England in Derby. He backed that up with impressive performances at home, scoring 315 runs – with a highest of 105 – as Australia Under-19s were thrashed 5-0. Another century followed in the Youth Test against Bangladesh, and he carried that form into the triangular tournament in Sri Lanka in 2008, which Pakistan won. He made it to the Pakistan Test squad for the home series against Sri Lanka the following year despite not being in the probables. A century in the tour game against the visitors changed his fortunes. He returned to the Under-20 circuit to represent Pakistan in the World Cup in New Zealand.

Abdul Razzaq Biography and Photos and Videos

Abdul Razzaq Biography
Abdul Razzaq (born December 2, 1979, Lahore, Punjab) is a Pakistani cricketer and member of the national team since 1996. Razzaq is an all-rounder, a talented right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium bowler.

He burst onto the world cricket scene in November 1996 when he made his one-day international debut against the touring Zimbabweans at his home ground in Lahore a month short of his seventeenth birthday.

He had to wait just over three years to make his Test debut for Pakistan, eventually doing so against Australia in Brisbane in November 1999.

Early in his career Razzaq was compared to former Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan – arguably one of the greatest cricketers of all time – although his performances at international level have seen him fail to live up to this billing.

Razzaq was involved in the ACC Asian XI that took on the ICC World XI in the World Cricket Tsunami Appeal charity match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in January 2005. As of May 2005 Razzaq remains an integral part of Pakistan’s Test and one-day squads and is considered especially vital in the ODI team, where his all-round skills make him an important asset to the squad.

He has played at English county level for Middlesex and has the rare distinction of being one of very few cricketers to have batted in all eleven batting positions in one-day international cricket.
